Cut, die cutting, dye cutting shapes

Gratings and decor patterns can be cut from our CNC Plotter for effective Ski and snowboard industry advertising.

A variety of colours and materials can be cut in our plotter. The FLIP-FLOP technique can be used during assembly to minimise production time and wastage. Films printed by silk-screening or digital printing can be subsequently cut in the plotter.


The following materials are compatible with silk-screen or digital printing: 4D Film from Isosport, Duraclear, Polyamid, TPU, ICP, ABS, Isospeed, Tread pattern / design, PMU 4060, P-Tex gratings from CPS and many more ...

Many of these ski films also permit thermal transfer. Most popular distributors: Isosport, Exel, CPS creative plastic solutions, Gurit (IMS).
Basler varnish is the most used silk-screening colours.
