Surface finishing (3D, Lotus Leaf Effect, Anti-graffiti, scratch-proofing, ...)

We can provide UV and textured varnish to protect and preserve many surfaces like: Polyamide, ICP Film, Duraclear and ABS Films on all Skis and Boards.

This printing technique is already common practise in the sport industry. Around 50.000 kite or wake board products are produced annually with gripping / slip-proof, soft or sandpaper effect varnish. Texture finish varnishes are combined with printed designs to provide a functional "eye catcher"!



Special varnishes are "Hydrophobic" - repelling liquids like "water off a duck's back". This can also repel "felt-tip pen" form grafitti!




The following materials are compatible with silk-screen or digital printing: 4D Film from Isosport, Duraclear, Polyamid, TPU, ICP, ABS, Isospeed, Tread pattern / design, PMU 4060, P-Tex gratings from CPS and many more.

Many of these ski films also permit thermal transfer. Most popular distributors: Isosport, Exel, CPS creative plastic solutions, Gurit (IMS).
Basler varnish is the most used silk-screening colour.
